  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)

  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (with a full refund if payment has been made)

5. Lead Times & Delivery

  • Production time is typically 1–2 weeks before dispatch

  • Delivery takes approximately 7–10 working days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances

Rosy Oaks is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
